PRE-QUALIFICATION: Contractor pre-qualification required for interested offerors not having an active pre-qualification application on file with Calvert County Public Schools. Please go to Construction Forms under the Resources section of the Construction Website for details.
PLEASE NOTE: Calvert County Public Schools Contractor Prequalification Applications must be submitted to George R. Leah, Jr. or Shuchita Warner NO LATER THAN 4:00PM on Friday, January 16, 2015 to be considered for this project.
PRE-BID: Friday, January 9, 2015 at 1:00PM at Huntingtown High School. Visitors must check in at the Front Office.
BID DATE & TIME: Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at 2:00PM at the Brooks Administration Building, 1305 Dares Beach Road, Prince Frederick, MD. 20678 to the attention of Mr. Kevin Michael, Director of Procurement & Resource Management.
MBE PARTICIPATION: is encouraged per CCPS Policy # 7008. There are no MBE Goals for this project.
