Southern Maryland Broadband Demand Survey

FOR SOUTHERN PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY AND CALVERT, CHARLES AND ST. MARY’S COUNTY RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES

THE NEED for broadband Internet services is a quality of life factor for rural residents, and an economic issue for local businesses in rural communities. Last Mile Broadband of Maryland LLC in partnership with the Southern Maryland Minority Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Inc. launches this Broadband Demand Survey process to assess the need for broadband services at the neighborhood level.

YOUR PARTICIPATION will help quantify and confirm the demand for affordable, high-speed broadband services, as well as, identify specific underserved and unserved areas in Southern Maryland. The survey results will also help us attract and solidify public and private funding; supporting our efforts to bring affordable and quality-oriented broadband services to rural communities throughout Southern Maryland.
