Dr. Badmus-Mumuni is the Owner of Kids Campus Early Learning Center, a multi-site early learning facility in Dunkirk, Maryland, which she founded and operates. She has also served as Director of Creche N Crew in Bowie, Maryland, a role she has held for over 18 years. Her career spans more than two decades in early childhood education, where she has been responsible for overseeing programs, staff, and operational management.
