On Friday, March 18, 2016, Ruth’s Miracle Group Home Foundation will host tours of their new facility, Ms. V’s Place for Women and Children, 7855 Port Tobacco Road, Port Tobacco, MD in Charles County. Ms. V’s Place is a safe haven for homeless women with young children (birth to 8 years old).
