You are cordially invited to participate as an exhibitor/vendor at our upcoming Community Day to be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017 from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, at Patuxent United Methodist Church located in Huntingtown, MD.
This event is being sponsored to provide the community with the services, and organizations that are available within our county. This will be an information sharing event that is free to the public. There will also be fun activities planned for the children (i.e, moon bounce, face painting, games, etc).
We will also be providing food (i.e., grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, beverage, popcorn, cotton candy, etc) at no charge to the public. Attached are flyers for you to share with your networks, as well as a registration form to complete if your organization would like to participate.
