HEART is a nonprofit organization primarily serving women and families. Our mission is to provide access to education, housing, and essential resources that empower individuals impacted by the traumatic effects of physical, mental, and emotional abuse.

Through mentoring, advocacy, and strategic partnerships, we help dreams take flight and transform lives turning Trauma into Triumph.

We partner with state and local agencies across Maryland and Virginia to mentor individuals in need of guidance, stability, healing, and long-term support.
