HEART is a nonprofit organization primarily serving women and families. Our mission is to provide access to education, housing, and essential resources that empower individuals impacted by the traumatic effects of physical, mental, and emotional abuse. Through mentoring, advocacy, and strategic partnerships, we help dreams take flight and transform lives turning Trauma into Triumph.
We partner with state and local agencies across Maryland and Virginia to mentor individuals in need of guidance, stability, healing, and long-term support..

My name is Andrea “Chris” Banks and I have transitioned from education to real estate. Because of my passion for education and learning I find real estate ideal. As in education, real estate requires that one display credibility, knowledge, creativity and skill! I believe I bring that to my new found profession.
I work equally well with buyers and sellers in the Southern Maryland area. Very recently several first time home buyers were able to purchase their first homes by working with me. I have experience with short sales, standard sales, HUD properties as well as bank-owned.
As a real estate professional, it is my aim to work to provide the best service possible. This includes being accessible as client needs arise.
