Her deep compassion and understanding of the needs of the elderly compelled her to address the needs of seniors through her home care agency, Loving Care Senior Services Inc.
Her passion has driven the agency to deliver quality services with exceptional outcomes by operating in a two-tier approach: evidence-based practice and a patient-centered approach. Lisa finds it fulfilling to offer her services offering training and consultation for obtaining Maryland RSA (Residential Service Agency). (Her exceptional skills in staff training and development, staff recruitment and retention, organizational and strategic planning, management coaching, budget management, and program marketing enabled the entire organization to grow and spread throughout Southern Maryland.
Her business acumen is guided by her in-depth knowledge of COMAR (Code of Maryland Regulations), Federal and State Employment Law, and Department of Health & Hygiene Regulations. Further, Lisa’s certifications include The Assisted Living Manager’s Certification, Certified Medication Technician, CPR/First Aid Instructor’s Instructor, Maryland State Notary, Certified Grant Writer, Ultimate Supervisor’s Workshop Certification, and 25 years with a Maryland Real Estate License.
