On October 10, 2015 11-2 pm, CBW will holds it’s 8th Annual Salute to Excellence Awards Fundraiser Luncheon at the Rod ‘N Reel Restaurant.
The Concerned Black Women (CBW) Awards luncheon will salute and honor African American women of excellence in Calvert County. CBW will celebrate the accomplishments and talents of these women. Winners will be honored with the following:
*The Harriet Tubman Woman of the Year Award
*Madame C.J. Walker Business Award
*Alience Stamper Youth Award
*Harriet Elizabeth Brown Education Award
*Myrtle M. Patten Health Award
*2 Co-Founders Community Awards
