Useful Business Tool: MBE primes’ paperwork Q&A

Last summer Maryland’s policy-makers made it possible for MBE primes to count a portion of the work they self-perform; up to 50% of the established MBE contract goal and 100% of any one subgoal. The change came with new paperwork in the bidding documents. Be sure to submit the paperwork completely and on time so your bid can be considered responsive and responsible. GOMA has prepared a Q & A with samples to help. Click here to view the MBE Prime Regulation Q & A.
