Join the ladies of CBW as they host their Annual Salute to Excellence Awards & Scholarship Fundraiser at Bethel Way of the Cross Church, Multi-Purpose Room, in Huntingtown, MD. Awards will be presented for the following categories:
- Annette J. Funn Community Excellence Award
- Dr. Doris Cammack-Spencer Co-Founder Community Service Award, Madam C.J. Walker Business Award
- Myrtle M. Patten Health Award, Harriet Elizabeth Brown Education Award
- Ailene Stamper High and Middle School Youth Awards, the Harriet Tubman Woman of the Year Award, the CBW Member Award for Community Excellence and the CBW Member of the Year Award.
Proceeds to benefit the scholarship fund. CBW has provided a total of $77,000 in scholarships for graduating high school seniors in Calvert County Public High Schools.
